Our firm was founded in July 2021 with an intense focus on the needs of projects and clients, and a commitment to ourselves to remain lean and agile. Our President & Principal Engineer, Dr. Michael Cundy, P.E., C.F.E.I., C.F.P.S. has been consulting on failure analysis and hazard analysis since 2012.

We work on projects locally in Arizona, across the nation, and internationally. Our clients include law firms, product manufacturers, government entities, and individuals.
